ECUHLEP HTprog is confirmed to read edc17c60.
One user’s feedback: I do not make Tprot off on c60 with this, I just connect and read rewrite. The version of HTprog I get is from https://www.ecuhelpshop.com/pages/downloads/, try power from the box, with bench supply, but I had problems, with supplied power ok. And htprog connection differs one positive than kt200, try both connections.
