Problem Description:
I have a problem with a 2010 BMW 318d EDC17C41 ECU. While using the KT200II ECU Programmer to read/write bench mode, I successfully wrote, made a Stage 1 tune, DPF off, and egr off. However, I encountered some trouble codes related to rail pressure. To address this, I obtained another file from dyno-chiptuningfiles.

Unfortunately, when I tried to write this new file, the process got stuck at 77%. original file absolutely got stuck now at 77%. As a result, the car won’t start.

Solution:
Write orginal eeprom and flash back in Boot (Try in boot mode, ecu easy to open). Then, check your file, use a better file service, i think its not the right file, i hope You will be able to flash in boot mode.
You can try write full backup file… not write separately flash (for example: write the file I cant write in bench in bootmode). If you did in Bench full backup of original Sw, you can write in boot, it s same. Have to be working. Write full backup file not separately files.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and get the car to start again with KT200II ECU Programmer.
